Great opportunity for a varied 1st Line support role has arisen for this highly established Strategic Research Consultancy.

Job Description
IT Good all round 1st line knowledge
› Thinking on your feet to Resolve a wide range of IT related issues
› Log and manage calls with the aim to resolve as many as possible before escalating
› Support for Avaya, ACT and IP video conferencing
› Set up new user accounts and new computers
› Good knowledge of networks and printers and confident in troubleshooting.

You will need to have a proven history of producing PowerPoint presentations to a high standard within a job role as this will form part of this varied role.

Essential Qualities

› Knowledge of supporting terminal services, outlook, Active Directory, Network Support and Protocols
› High proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in designing templates or Presentations
› Advanced MS Word, Excel and software support
› Good understanding of computer hardware, networks and printers
