Are you a talented Account Director or an experienced Senior Account Manager with the desire to move up the ladder? This large medical communications agency, based in Buckinghamshire, is looking to expand their team and this could be your next move… This is an exciting, varied role which will see you responsible for the overall direction and momentum of your accounts, covering the full promotional mix. Providing strategic counsel to your clients, you will be expected to critically review the market environment, objectives both in the short and long term. The ability to see beyond the project on the table is a must. You should possess excellent communication skills, and be financially astute and ensure that all programmes are realistically managed within budget. As Account Director you will also be required to monitor and mentor your team members, ensuring they develop under your guidance.
