Young brand experience agency requires an Account Director with a strong background in face-to-face communications / experiential marketing and the ability to grow client accounts to join it's small but highly successful team. The agency is still very young but already demonstrates an impressive client list throughout the leisure / youth entertainment sector, and this looks set to grow yet further throughout the year. Their offering focuses on the creation of experiential marketing campaigns. You'll have at least 3 years experiential marketing experience, ideally working with youth / fashion / alcohol brands. You must have a proven track record of successful campaigns across all live environments and will have developed a thorough understanding of the principles of brand experience - strategy to implementation. Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets is a must, as is the ability to work to very tight deadlines. You must also demonstrate an analytical mind and have great attention to detail. As this is a dual role - client services and business development - you must also possess strong business development skills both in terms of new business acquisition and organic growth. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and present proposals at a senior client level.
