This job vacancy has been filled

Company:  Small but highly creative agencyƕs
Location:  Central London (City)
Type:  Permanent
Division:  Sales & Management
Reference:  AD22537JW
Salary:  to 50K

This small but highly creative agency’s been in operation for 4 years and is now looking for a dynamic AD to lead its largest account, as well as head up the new business drive. This is a graphic design agency with a difference.  Independently owned and London based, they’re known for their straight-talking honesty, outstanding creativity and dedicated professionalism. Most of their work is project based however they do have one major retained client - a national sporting exhibition. The agency has a superb relationship with this client and is its lead creative agency, acting as a real strategic partner. In addition, they also work with additional clients across a variety of sectors and the work will be both print and web based including annual reports, brochures, print, websites, intranets, extranets + more. This AD role is to manage the retained clients’ business which will include strategic planning, creative development and execution of all advertising (TV, radio, press), DM, literature, signage - in essence any creative required in conjunction with the exhibitions. In addition, you’ll also be expected to work on New Bus. You'll work with senior members of the agency to develop new business strategy and then be required to implement that strategy. For the right person, there’ll also be further opportunities to get involved in the overall running of the business. You'll have had extensive consumer marketing experience preferably having worked both client and agency-side but it’s essential that you’ve had agency experience. You’ll have broad experience of the design and marketing communications sectors and ideally you’ll have exposure to the exhibition sector. It’s essential that you have first class relationship building and communication skills, as well as a proven new bus track record. As it’s a small agency you must also be prepared to manage entire projects by yourself - from initial strategy right through to final implementation - so you’ll need very strong project management skills and attention to detail. A knowledge of the web would also be a bonus. So we're not asking for much! A great role for someone who’s looking to utilise their broad range of skills and make a real difference to this growing agency.
