Highly successful communications agency based in central London is looking for a dynamic account director with strong internal communications / employer marketing experience. Based in fantastic new offices in central London, this agency offers full internal communications / employer marketing solutions to its really high-profile blue-chip client base. This includes branding, recruitment advertising, exhibitions, websites and additional internal communications / print projects. Ideally you’ll have a background in internal communications / employer marketing or recruitment advertising but you MUST be hungry for success. The role combines senior level client services with a strong strategic planning ability, as well as the skills and experience to develop business organically. You must have the intelligence to excite clients with the agency’s offering, as well as lead and inspire teams to deliver highly creative, on-brief campaigns. First class communication and interpersonal skills are a given, as is the ability to effectively write and present proposals at a senior client level.
