Are you a very strong AD with varied integrated communications experience, particularly within the healthcare sector? This successful full service agency is looking for a dynamic and committed AD to run a variety of integrated campaigns, from initial planning phase right through to final delivery of project. The agency is specifically focused on creating communication solutions for clients within the healthcare sector. You’ll be ambitious and hungry to succeed, with wide ranging experience running ATL and BTL campaigns for a variety of clients. You must have strong strategic ability, as well as respect for, and be comfortable in dealing with, the creative process – fully understanding what your role should be in that process. Additional skills and experiences include: Strong staff management, motivational and leadership skills Ideally experience within pharmaceutical sector Ability to delegate Excellent project management skills and attention to detail Good work ethic Team player
