This young but rapidly rising brand identity and packaging agency is now looking for an Account Manager with strong business development skills to join its small team based in West London. The agency is still relatively young but already demonstrates an impressive client list across the FMCG sector, and this looks set to grow yet further throughout the year. Their offering focuses on the creation of branding / packaging campaigns. You’ll have at least 3 years account management experience, ideally from a brand packaging agency and will have had experience working with clients in the FMCG sector. You must have developed a good understanding of the principles of branding, as well as having excellent project management skills. Strong financial acumen and experience managing complex budgets is a must, as is the ability to work to very tight deadlines. You must also demonstrate an analytical mind and have great attention to detail. As this is a dual role – account management and business development - you must also possess strong business development skills, both in terms of new business acquisition and organic growth. You’ll therefore need excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and present proposals at a senior client level.
