Well-established, hugely successful, multi-disciplinary branding agency is looking for a dynamic business development director to help define corporate branding new business strategy and drive the business into new sectors. The agency’s core offering is corporate identity and branding for both the FMCG and corporate sectors, and this role is specifically to develop the corporate side of the business. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and initially you’ll create and agree a long-term corporate identity vision for the Company with the Board – based on what the Company could and wants to do including financial goals and required expenditure. You’ll continuously monitor change in the business environment for the Company, modifying targets and approaches where appropriate. Working with a New Business Coordinator and a managed resource, you must take responsibility for their development, as well as the achievement of corporate identity sales targets. Key skills and experience required: Proven track record in identifying and winning new business in the creative sector, specifically corporate identity sector Ability to build long-standing client relationships Ability to communicate persuasively at board level First class written and verbal communication skills Superb client servicing skills Team management experience Superb opportunity for strong business development professional to join this award-winning agency and play leading role in driving business into new areas.
