My client is a new start up in the Internet arena, but is both well funded and well connected in throughout the global business and entertainment industries. The company is recruiting staff at this early stage, who can build, shape, grow, and maintain both the initial site developments and future projects.
To be considered for the CEO role in this innovative and exciting business venture, the candidate must have a proven background in a similar role within a social network/social media arena. Must also have proven experience of taking a company through an IPO (Initial Public Offering).
I'm looking for candidates who have previous technical and operation management experience developing a major social network/social media site on a global platform.
Applicants must have experience in setting up and managing both in-house and also out-sourcing development teams using agile technology development methodology. Will have a proven ability of working with Marketing and Design Teams. Must be able to manage commercial, marketing and business development activities.
Ideally you'll have a proven background in the development and delivery of strategic social network, rich media, Web 2.0, e-commerce initiatives and be able to clearly demonstrate you have successfully managed business growth across multiple geographical markets.
The ideal candidate will be able to conceptualise and think laterally, introducing fresh ideas and innovative solutions as well as being able to add value.
Applicants will have experience building and maintaining an organisation structure capable of delivering solutions on budget and on a timely basis.
This role comes with a generous salary plus benefits, dependant on experience and qualifications.
