Relevant experience is needed and could have been obtained in a client / consultant / agency environment or through an in house or marketing role. You should be used to dealing with a wind range of clients in an affective way as your main responsibilities will include consulting with clients in order to identify opportunities to generate revenue and management of specific client projects.
