Creative Copywriter

Our client is the centralised design resource of a multi-national information management group that works with banks, pharmaceutical giants and governmental bodies.

But don't be fooled into thinking they only deal with pie-charts and venn diagrams. This hub works as a thriving independent design agency and couldn't have less in common with maths textbook producers.

They are looking for someone to compliment the stunning visual output of the department in all forms of language. The key challenges will include:

› Writing new copy and preparing text from clients' briefs

› Preparing pitch proposals and generating new ideas for concepts

› Consolidating the links between images and texts

› Listening - and reacting - to client feedback

You should be able to plan, prioritise and research clients and projects to ensure a smooth progress throughout tasks. We will be looking for an outstanding understanding of brand usage and a clear awareness of verbal / visual parallels. A background in creative copywriting within or alongside a design studio is key, as is a portfolio that Andrew Motion would be proud of.
