This top 100 multi disciplinary communications agency is looking for a Creative Director with an integrated background to run the graphics department. Although a hands on role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all creative campaigns, management of team structure including creative output, recruitment, financial performance and production resource. You'll be from a midsize agency background (circa 100 people), worked on a mixed client base - ideally lifestyle, fashion & blue chip brands, be a confident leader who can inspire, motivate both staff and clients.
