Large media group whose areas including management of music groups and licensing of music merchandising are looking for a Creative Director to manage the Global creative strategy of the company. This role will involve leading the creative process for all areas of the business from developing the company brand to delivering a first class product. This person will play a key role in developing new business and the preparation of design proposals, then will take a brief and drive the design process forward. The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years design experience with 5 years within a management position and a graphics background within lifestyle/sports/fashion, a strong understanding of youth & music culture as well as an inspirational and motivational management style!
