The work will be predominately focus banner and email campaigns but allowing for a certain degree of creative autonomy, though the role will be split 50/50 between creative and production work. The will be the opportunity to get involved in other activities including print if you have the skills.
What you'll need to have to apply for this job is experience of banner and email campaign design and production, as well as the ability to hand code HTML and XHTML. In addition you will need to have Flash skills, ideally 8 onwards, Dreamweaver, PhotoShop and Illustrator. AS2 or AS3 skills would be desirable but are not essential.
