Workstation is established as one of the UK's leading creative recruitment consultancies and we are continuing to grow - fast.
2007 proved to be a record-breaking year for us and our corporate creative services division is pioneering this growth in 2008. We already provide graphics and presentations candidates to the leading investment banks, law firms and management consultancies, but, to cope with demand, we are expanding our digital offering.
As a consultant, you'll be responsible for account managing existing clients, new business development and sourcing exceptional candidates. Our corporate creative services department is a small team of friendly consultants who work hard and play hard. We work as a team so whilst we pride ourselves on our chilled and friendly working environment, we also constantly strive to keep our clients delighted and increase revenue.
Workstation is a unique place to work - it is a very sociable and whilst we obviously keep a close eye on how much revenue we generate, we don't have a ‘hard-sell' culture. In addition, our working hours are great (9.30am - 6pm) and you'll receive comprehensive training and management support.
You'll have a genuine interest in the creative industry and have some experience in a corporate or creative environment. As this role will involve developing a new client offering, previous recruitment experience is essential.
