Are you a leader in the presentations world? We are seeking a motivated and articulate individual to oversee the production of high-quality presentation and reprographics materials. This job would place you at the helm of a team of ten full-time and temporary staff, where you would be responsible for managing its workload and performance within this famous finance group. Tasks will include: - Constant liaison to ensure smooth workload distribution - Managing and booking temporary staff as required - Developing strong working relationships with analysts and traders - Taking responsibility for the timing and quality of presentations and document output - Problem solving, training and motivating the team You should demonstrate a strong background in presentations work; superb knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; accuracy, confidence and affability.
