This leading, independent specialist marketing loyalty agency is now looking for an intelligent Group Account Director with in-depth investor relations experience to join its client services team and work across a range of blue-chip accounts. The agency's mission is to help its clients build more rewarding relationships with their investors, customers, employees or business partners. This is achieved by using insight to identify those able to contribute the greatest value to a business, and developing mixed media communications programmes that build loyalty and ultimately deliver powerful business results. Services offered include; data insight, strategic development, programme implementation - including editorial and design services both in print and digital channels - and performance measurement. The Group Account Director has responsibility for managing a team with a primary focus of delivering investor loyalty communications. You'll work closely with the strategy and knowledge management team to create and deliver communications solutions, in both print and digital media, targeted at customers, and investors and channel partners. You'll have overall responsibility for ensuring Client satisfaction, providing strategic direction and advice, and ensuring that the team runs smoothly. A strong background in investor relations is essential and an exposure to customer communications / publishing would be an advantage.
