Busy design and marketing agency based near Brighton is looking for a Head of Creative to lead and manage a small team of graphic designers. This is a hands-on position for an experienced designer with management experience. Projects include a variety of campaigns spanning across literature, corporate id, direct mail, advertising, POS, websites, exhibitions and events. The successful candidate must be a real creative thinker with excellent conceptual ability with a minimum of 5 years similar experience. You will also be good with copy and possess first-rate communication skills. Fantastic opportunity to work on great projects outside London and live near the sea!
