Established publishing company is looking for a Head of Design to lead and manage the Design team of several leading magazines.  A highly involved role requiring someone with proven design and management experience at a senior level, preferably within magazine publishing.  Responsibilities include responsibility of overall creative output, ensuring products meet both customer and the company's brand objectives, successfully managing deadlines and budgets, liaison between Art Editors and Editors and commissioning and managing freelancers where appropriate.  You will be a highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a deadline driven environment.  This is a maternity cover position starting in September.
