This rapidly growing digital agency has just won some huge contracts and as a result are now looking to recruit a Head of Design to oversee their design process and creative direction. You'll be passionate about design, have proven experience within a digital agency environment, a diverse portfolio of work and possess fantastic conceptual skills. You'll also need a strong background in information design with sensitivity to usability principles and be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of web technologies.
