Do you have solid experience of delivering innovative and effective new media solutions for your clients? Are you an experienced new media manager looking for a new challenge? Yes? Then this could be just the role you've been looking for... This integrated communications agency, offering a full service to a broad base of clients, is currently looking for a highly motivated team player to run their new-media function. Responsible for all new media output, your task will be to maintain or enhance the quality of new media planning and buying on all existing accounts. The company are on their way to enjoying a strong reputation for forward thinking new media planning/buying and your skills will be vital in further cementing this position and bringing new accounts into the agency. You will be expected to develop excellent relations and productive working partnerships with both media owners and clients alike. This agency prides itself on offering the full service so whilst some client relationships will be yours to maintain, others will be through the Account Management and Media Department functions. It will be part of your role to ensure that there is a seamless link between the different departments for all things ‘online'. You should have experience of managing budgets and profit margins, and be confident in reporting and managing the productivity and profitability of the agency's new media output. Running a small team, you will be directly responsible for their performance. Motivational spirit is therefore a must as is the ability to get the best out of people.
