Organised and motivated head of web design needed to lead all front-end design and to deliver distinctive, targeted web applications that meet the needs of clients. This role requires five years experience, fluency in ActionScript, HTML and CSS, knowledge of Flash component development and XML, and familiarity with Macromedia Flex. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully designing large web based projects and supervising the work of others and will possess excellent planning and communication skills.
