An exciting IT all rounder opportunity has arisen for this large international organisation.
Job Description
1st line IT Support, IT Administrator, Technical Support = IT all rounder
› 1st line support for IT related issues
› Log and manage calls
› Support for IP telephony systems and telephone conferencing
› Provide input into IT strategy and annual IT budget.
› Set up new user accounts and new computers
The successful candidate will have a corporate DTP background working extensively with PowerPoint at advanced levels in providing presentation material
Essential Qualities
› Knowledge of supporting terminal services, outlook, Active Directory, Network Support and Protocols
› High proficiency in PowerPoint and experience in designing templates or Presentations
› Advanced MS Word and Excel and software support
› Good understanding of computer hardware, networks and printers
