An opportunity has arisen at one of the UK's top Advertising Agencies for an enthusiastic and well-organised individual, offering fist-line IT Support and Training to a team in outstanding new offices from this November. Taking ownership of IT problems and requests from staff. fixing issues and setting up a logging system for incidents, you're teams effectiveness will be paramount to continuing the company's success.
Working alongside the IT Manager and an IT Specialist, you'll help to ensure efficient running of the agency's Apple Mac network, monitoring the network and servers. The ideal candidate will have a good level of Mac OS-X knowledge and experience, while experience in training and support capacity would be beneficial. You'll also need a good knowledge and understanding of the following;
› Microsoft Office
› Diagnostics and problem solving
› Training
The ideal candidate would also have knowledge of Kerio Mail Server, Retrospect and back-up procedures and an understanding of IP networks in practice.
