Are you an IT expert with specialist support and training experience? Looking for a new challenge?
Our client, one of the top advertising agencies in the UK, has an exciting new vacancy. Working within their in-house IT department, you'll be responsible for establishing a first-line IT support Helpdesk as well setting up an IT training offering within the agency.
You will have a solid understanding of:
› OS-X 10.4 to 10.5
› Microsoft Office 2008
› Diagnostics and problem solving
› Training
› Kerio mail server
› IP networks
Whilst technical expertise is essential, interpersonal skills are a must as you'll be interacting with key staff at all levels.
