Looking for a new and exciting challenge? Are you an IT MAC expert? Like the sound of working for one of the UK's top advertising agencies.
Our client has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with MAC experience to work within their in-house IT department. This is a brand new role and you'll be responsible for supporting a first-line IT support helpdesk, as well as setting up and training within the agency.
Essential Skills:
› OS-X 10.4 to 10.5 client
› Microsoft Office 2008
› Diagnostics and problem solving
› Training
Desirable Skills
› Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2000 server
› Colour calibration of screens and printers
› Kerio mail server
› IP networks in practice (firewalls/routers/hubs and switches)
