My client an established Digital Agency are looking to recruit a junior flash designer with immediate effect.They currently have 3 Flash Producers and 1 Flash Developer in our studio. They are now looking to recruit a 4th full time Junior Flash Developer/Producer. This role would suit someone with some commercial experience who is looking for that first break into an agency career. We're keen on bags of enthusiasm, both for design and coding, a thirst for working on high profile clients (and some minnows) and plenty of raw talent. You might have just finished a course, a design or multimedia degree and be looking for a challenge. In summary, these are the skills we are looking for: Experience of using Flash MX 2004 and Actionscript Graphic design skills (Photoshop and Illustrator) Working within OOP languages A friendly and enthusiastic attitude Evidence of best coding practice Other skills that would be a huge advantage but are not essential: Experience of building games (as well as websites) in Flash. Familiarity with external data sources: XML, PHP, ASP, .Net, or other dynamic scripting languages (MySQL, SQL, etc.) A sense of humour, heroic patience, tea making skills, and an advanced self-deprecatory ability also required.
