They are recruiting for a lead creative web designer to design websites for high profile brands. This is a fantastic opportunity that would be ideal for an experienced web designer with a proven track record of creating innovative and successful web designs. With an excellent understanding of web usability and accessibility best practice, you must be able to demonstrate the creativity and ability to take projects from design concept to final implementation. Candidates for the web designer role will require: Graphic design / new media training Graphic design training background, ideally from a specialist college including typography, layout and illustration skills 3+ years experience of creative web design for high value brands A thorough understanding of accessibility standards An excellent understanding of browser compatibility Strong organisational and communicational skills A pro-active and positive attitude Ability to work and meet tight deadlines Commercial sensibility You will require an excellent understanding and have extensive experience of using Photoshop and require an understanding of: Hand coded XHTML CSS The role comes with an excellent salary (dependant on experience) and benefits package.
