I need a senior designer to head up my clients design team along the M4 corridor in Berkshire. You will be responsible for providing the creative design for new client web sites. Experience/skill set required: * A minimum of 3 years experience of designing commercial web sites (retail sites would be a major advantage as would a background of working for an e-commerce solution provider). * Proven track record and portfolio. * Excellent creative skills. * Excellent knowledge and experience of as many of the following as possible: Photoshop, Dreamweaver ,HTML, XHTML, CSS, ASP, DHTML, Javascript, Accessibility/usability and best practise. Excellent communication skills (the role will be client facing) This is a very senior role paying up to around £37k and primarily I'm looking for someone with creative flair and a proven track record in designing commercial sites for high street brands.
