They are also obe of the leading events companies in the UK running huge festivals (40,000 people), University Tours and one off bespoke events. Responsibilities You will be a mid-weight designer with solid web and multimedia design skills in Flash, Photoshop, HTML and Illustrator. You'll be excellent at layout, typography and interactive design be pixel perfect and have a portfolio to prove it. You'll be full of ideas, excellent with people, a good organiser and have a real drive to improve processes and change things for the better. You'll need to work well under pressure, have a positive attitude and communicate confidently and successfully. You'll be working at a market leader with 6 years of success of success behind them. It's an extremely friendly and lively place to work where you're given autonomy and support. We also listen to designers and not just clients! Much of our work springs from our own ideas, concepts and brands - so there are lots of creative freedom and not many corporate guidelines. - To produce graphical content for the companies groups web pages for clients to fit with predefined templates and client corporate requirements - To be as creative and flexible as possible within specified guidelines - Work with the IT team to ensure group web pages are fully tested and loaded to the website - To provide the highest levels of customer service at all times under tight deadlines while maintaining company policy or creative guidelines - To maintain a high interest in youth culture and to have an understanding of what our members (16-24 year olds) want, like, love, hate.
