Multimedia Developer needed for fast growing digital design agency with blue chip client base. You will become a key member of a young design team and assume specific responsibility for technical management of the studio. Working closely with the Creative Director you will manage all technical aspects of client projects through to delivery. Additionally, you will oversee work undertaken by any freelance programmers. An important aspect of the role is a desire to keep up to date on emerging technologies and trends covering the web, digital video and CD Rom/DVD production. You should be a strong communicator able to explain technical considerations to clients and with the necessary skills and knowledge to develop detailed technical solutions in conjunction with specialist programmers. You are likely to have at least 5 years agency experience and be used to managing multiple projects against set deadlines. Key skills to include: HTML, XML, PHP, ASP, JAVA, SQL, CSS, Director, Flash, Photoshop, Freehand / Illustrator. Familiarity with After Effects, Avid / Final Cut, Media Cleaner and 3D StudioMax would be beneficial. Plus experience of developing code for WAI & W3C standards, DDA compliance.
