Are you a recent graduate with at least one yearÕs marketing experience, superb interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit? Then please read onÉÉÉÉÉÉÉÉ This highly successful loyalty agency helps blue-chip organisations create better relationships with its investors, customers and employees. This is achieved by offering a range of services from data analysis and insight, strategy, investor, customer and employee communications programmes, as well as the measurement and monitoring of their performance. Reporting to the Customer Management Director you'll be responsible for co-ordinating sales and marketing campaigns which are designed to generate new business enquiries. This will include: tele-research, implementing mailing campaigns, basic PR, marketing website and sales support. You'll be targeting large blue-chip corporations and must be comfortable speaking on the phone to senior level clients. You must be a graduate, ideally with a CIM or other sales / marketing qualifications, and at least one years experience in a sales or marketing role. In addition, experience in tele-research or telesales is also essential. YouÕll be highly motivated with superb interpersonal skills and will be able to hit the ground running. You must also be a great organiser with a structured approach to reporting, database management etc. This is a fabulous opportunity for the right candidate to start their career in new business development with a leading loyalty agency.
