This company is a large, highly successful, global online dating service. This position is to join a team of 4 Online Marketing Managers within a company of 40 people. This is a young, fun environment, busy, flexible work place. The role manages the existing relationships and recruits online affiliates in order to maximise the performance of campaigns. Detailed campaign reports and and analysis experience is required as well as good negotiation skills for affiliate agreements. 1-2 years experience working with the premier networks in Europe is required.
