This is a great opportunity to become a part of one of the leading travel organisations in the world. To be successful you must be a commercially minded and technically proficient candidate of graduate calibre with excellent online product merchandising experience to join an e-business team. You will be responsible for ensuring online passenger, revenue and gross margin targets are met or exceeded. Optimising the online product mix, you'll need to be knowledgeable of key web metrics and models. Communication skills are of high importance as you'll be expected to liaise with departments in the Commercial division. To achieve this objective, the online trading manager will focus on four core areas: › Monitoring online sales and demand trends › Review the overall online product mix › Site display and presentation, and understanding customer user journeys.
