We are looking for a graveyard shift supervisor to oversee the presentations department (around 35 staff) of a major banking group in the city. In this role you will ensure that consistently excellent standards are maintained for both operators and clients. Amongst other responsibilities you will monitor and maintain workflow, co-ordinate staff timesheets and absences, check for continually high quality of output, assist with recruitment, and establish resource plans for projects. This is a hands-on position, so you should be able to show expert level understanding of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. A strong background in corporate presentations work is essential, while two years' experience as a supervisor or team leader would be a definite advantage.
