Fancy working with some funky blue-chip clients? A respected digital creative agency based in central London are currently seeking a Midweight Project Manager to join their already fast growing team to provide and manage a number of digital projects through clear and timely communication. The aim of this role is to ensure on time and on brief delivery of digital solutions and to help ensure that the project work stack is fully resourced. Applicants must have proven digital agency experience possessing a detailed understanding of marcoms, email campaigns, banners, micro-sites and CMS platforms. The role will involve › Creating, managing and trafficking digital workflow to ensure that projects are tracked and delivered on time against brief requirements › Creating comprehensive project proposal documentation including specifications, wire frames and the preparation of budgets › Ensuring budgeted costs are not exceeded whilst delivering a high quality product, thus expanding the reputation and profitability of the agency › Trafficking briefs coming into the Digital team and optimally allocating and managing workloads, communicating clearly and effectively to ensure thorough understanding by account, creative and technical colleagues › Ensuring process and procedures are followed by the team and internal contacts › Ensuring all tracking and planning systems are accurate and up-to-date › Communicating frequently and clearly with internal stakeholders, particularly other members of the Digital team and account handling › Ensuring proper timekeeping is kept, particularly with respect to timesheet and job bags, for own work and the work of the wider Digital team › Assist with resourcing to meet the evolving requirements of the project work stack If you are looking for an opportunity to join an up and coming Creative Agency then this position should float your boat!
