Due to recent growth, we are now looking for a consultant to join our Sales & Management team to recruit account management, business development and strategic planning professionals within the marketing communications agency sector. Essentially, this will mean managing your own desk - targeting and developing relationships with candidates and clients in any of the following agency disciplines; sales promotion, direct marketing and integrated communications.
A good consultant must be able to share their knowledge of the marketplace with clients so it's essential that you've had exposure to at least one of the core disciplines you'll be recruiting in (sales promotion, direct marketing or integrated communications). Recruitment experience would be a bonus but it's more important that you understand and relate to the creative client services market and the people in it.
The key to our success is a no bullshit approach to recruitment coupled with our attitude to developing relationships over the long-term. It's about quality not quantity.
