Are you an outstanding Account Director with a strong background winning and leading integrated campaigns for prestigious clients? This successful integrated agency is looking for a top-level SAD with superb new business skills to seek out new opportunities for the company - and then to lead a team to deliver integrated campaigns for the new clients. This agency's core offering is TTL including advertising, SP, Digital, Experiential and pure design work. They are looking to grow quite aggressively and therefore need the right person in place to help them do that. Initially the role will involve 80% new business and 20% account handling. Later, it will involve you running your own account group and developing new business for the company on a general basis. You'll be ambitious and hungry to succeed, with wide ranging experience running TTL campaigns for a variety of clients. You must also have strong strategic ability, as well as respect for, and be comfortable in dealing with, the creative process - fully understanding what your role should be in that process. You must be prepared to cold call and will embrace being targeted on new business and revenue. You'll also have excellent motivational and leadership skills.
