Our client, a specialist retail BTL agency whose clients include some of the biggest 'high street' names, is currently searching for a proactive and committed senior account manager to join it's small team. The agency believes in home grown talent and wherever possible promotes staff from within. The environment provides an excellent training ground for account managers and ensures that everyone gets a thorough training across a wide range of marketing disciplines. As it's a small agency there’s an 'all hands on deck' mentality. The role is temp to perm and will involve working on one large retail account - planning and managing a range of projects to budget and schedule. You must have had 4+ years agency experience and will have developed first class client servicing skills as well as a mature 'can do' attitude. You'll be well organised, self motivated and have the ability to think on your feet. Plus, you must have a strong understanding of print production and a keen eye for detail.
