Artworker required for a small in-house department within a large financial company. You will be responsible for amending and producing artwork (some creative) using the companies set style guidelines whilst also maintaining the standard of design that emanates from the department. You must also be competent in liaising with clients and suppliers and have a good degree of project management. They are looking for a person with 3-5 years experience, who is very proficient in artworking, producing layouts and typesetting. The right candidate will be a whizz in Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat and have working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Flightcheck. Should be educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in a aligned vocational subject, i.e. Communication design or Graphic design and have a good portfolio. Plus have excellent communication skills and a sense of humour, even when under pressure.
