You must be capable of working alone but also be prepared to build your own design team, the position incorporates mainly interface design so good skills with Flash and HTML / CSS are essential. If you have proven digital design experience and can demonstrate this with an online portfolio of work and are ready to take on a new challenge this could be the job for you.
