Are you a genius with Flash? Can you Actionscript but also create strong conceptual designs? Want to work for a fun specialist digital agency? If the answer is yes to all of this then I want to hear from you. You will need very strong Flash and Actionscript experience, have the ability to design from initial concepts through to production, have experience of building XHTML / CSS based layouts and have a good understanding of accessibility and web standards.
