A funky design agency with fantastic high profile clients are now looking to recruit a proven web designer with experience of designing HTML and Flash based web sites. You must have exceptional clarity in your designs which illustrate a response to the clients needs and ideally will have worked with top level companies. You'll also have experience dealing with internet-specific design considerations - WIA Compliancy, cross-browser compatibility, content management, interactivity, essential as is a familiarity with front-end web technologies: HTML, CSS, Javascript / DHTML, Flash, Actionscript, etc.  A high level of proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, and experience working with Flash MX and Dreamweaver MX.
