I'm looking for a Web Developer with approximately 2 years experience and an aptitude for good design to join a small but growing agency in Central London. You will need to be confident and proficient in building and planning websites and content management systems, from brainstorming great creative solutions that can be taken to market, through to turning these ideas into reality. With a skill set that includes excellent knowledge of constructing HTML pages with CSS, and highly proficient in flash action scripting. A basic understanding of current usability and accessibility issues, PHP, MySQL, and working with developers to build the back end of your sites are also essential. You must have strong front-end, typographic and compositional design skills, with a portfolio to back this up. This is a permanent role paying a starting salary of up to £25k.
